Tugs

Today was the first day of my last year of PT school.  I was feeling run down and tired from starting to adapt to a new routine and this being the 5th day in a row that I have trained, but everything ended up being lovely and I did much better than I expected going into it.

As you can see from the video, by the end I was doing more of an RDL than a deadlift.  I'm not sure at what point I started to not bend my knees enough when I was lowering the bar, but I still did about 50 lbs more than I thought I would do here.  Just imagine if I had actually been doing them right.

RDL/TKE

10x305/25ea x avg band

10x305/25ea x avg band

10x315/25ea x avg band

Lateral Lunges/Single Leg Calf Raise/Back Extensions

2x{10ea x 25/25ea x BW/15x45}

Lateral lunges are getting a lot better.  Might have to try some stone throwing again sometime soon to see if there's any carryover.
