As I come to the end of our off season training I look back at the past 7 weeks and I take in everything that has gone on in my life and with training. I don't feel as though I accomplished all I needed to during this time. A lot of things were going on that were out of my control that had my mind and training somewhere else. These things happen. Its frustrating. I will get refocused and get my swag back so I can get back on the up and up. Here is what I did today:

Firstly I hate box squats. For me it throws me out of my groove too much to do them all the time. I know you swear by them. Fat people swear by diet Coke too but that don't mean its helping them loose weight either....
