The plan today was to work to 85% of last weeks squat. For me this would be about 730. Here is how it went...

worked up to 690 for a single and shut it down.

Ever rep on the squats felt heavy today. I was able to maintain form but things moved slowly. JP asked me if I was feeling alright because the speed that I typically come off the box wasn't there. I'm not having any issues with pain and feel good but my nervous system must be in need of a reset. I plan to coast it out to the meet.
