Today was my last training session before the meet this weekend. Usually I do every lift with about 55% for 3 sets of 5 or so. That really didn't get to happen, since I've decided not to load any weight on my spine. So, I did some cable extensions, pull ups, leg press, 135x5x3 for bench, stretching, etc. It'll be interesting to see how everything plays out next weekend, but for now, I will rest.
