I tried really hard to convince myself not to go. But I went.
I had the plan of front squatting and then some chest. Slight change of plan.
Front squat
Bar x 5. Just the bar sitting on my shoulders was painful on my AC joints

275 x 2. Here I said fuck this and switched to squats
Squats
315 x 2
365 x 2. Knee pain started to get pretty bad here. But I had my Javelin Wrist wraps with me and used one as a wrap post patellar. It worked great
405 x 2. Pretty much no knee pain. Wrist wraps/Knee sleeves. Multi use tool
Decline bench
4 sets and they didn't really hurt my shoulder. Win!
Cable press machine

I still have a hard time using my chest and not my arms and traps. Something I need to work on if I want to get my bench above suck.
