Continuing with the quasi deload, and guess what?? Grip issues are still the biggest buzzkill out there!

A. Deadlift

Worked up to 495x1 hook, and held it for a while, then switched to mix grip

745x1

went for a second rep and lost it due to grip...

745x2 with straps....

B. Floor Press

385x4 No leg drive, and wide grip makes Joe a crappy bencher!

Obviously a huge issue to address in coming weeks will be continuing to learn hook, and generally improve the terribleness of my gripless baby hands!
