Today I got back into the gym again, and it feels so good to just get in there again.  Today I stuck to my basic outline, but added a few more things in to up the intensity.

Bench 155 x 5 x 5

Squat - worked up to 145 x 1

Deadlift - 85 x 3 x 5

Pull Ups - 4 sets of 3

Tricep Extension - 40lbs - 20/15/15

I also tried out some glute activation exercises that my friend Jabez helped me with.  Annndddd das it!
