After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

This was a great lower body training session. I was feeling rather good so I opted to do some front squats at the rec after getting in my leg curls. Training strictly by feel recently has just been the way to go, since stress levels have been through the rough. I would love to keep training pushed as hard as I can, but it's just not feasible right now. I'll take what I can, when I can, and just go from there. Definitely not my best front squat work, but it's not bad for where I'm at right now.
