After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Attacking the legs good and hard today with some straight sets and high volume. Trying to do my best to work on the total volume I can accumulate as I'm going to take a mini deload here soon and give myself a total of about 10-12 days off from leg training entirely to let my body desensitize back down so that I can get more from less. Pretty brutal training session though!

It is not. This is an old school piece of equipment I bought from Dave from the old S4 Compound. It's a machine that John Meadows used a lot while training with Dave. I'm sure if you Google it with Dave and/or Meadows you'll find it. A great piece of equipment I've added, that is super tough.
