After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

After Saturday's training, I woke up really early on Sunday with a fever and ended up calling into work for Sunday and Monday,  so obviously no training during that time. Wednesday was the first day that I felt good enough to actually get into the gym and do something. I kind of kept things in reserve in terms of weight, but not a bad training session.

A1) Seated Leg Curls
4x10; then two drop sets on the last set

B1) Seated Leg Press
Worked up to a hard set of 8
B2) TKE Goblet Squats
Sets of 12 matched with the leg press until the hard set of 8

C1) Leg Extensions + Partials
3x10+10
C2) Walking Lunges
3x10 per leg

D1) Hack Squat Calves
3x15

E1) Seated Calves
3x10-15
E2) Abs
3x10-15
*I just did a variety of movements until I got bored.*
