After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

My wife and I drove over to Elitefts on Friday afternoon to meet up with everyone for the seminar aspect of LTTX, and during that I got in some leg training that I knew I was going to miss out on if I didn't get it in that particular day. Per usual when I go to Elitefts, I use things I usually don't have access to. I basically crammed in a huge volume based leg day to help me devour some of the 25+ pizzas that Alycia ordered. After that was all said and done, Adrian and I bought some of the older equipment that was once in the old S4 Compound. As a new gym owner, this definitely made me happy, and I can't thank Dave and Traci enough for letting me get some of the equipment that I've enjoyed using during my time at the old compound!
