After having a year away from the platform and a terrible showing at the 2018 XPC Bench Bash, I'm gearing back up for a multiply bench only competition, the APF Pressing the Pieces Together on April 27th, 2019. This meet helps bring awareness and charity donations for Autism Awareness. I'm looking to compete at 132lbs and just have a good meet back, while running my new gym, THIRST, and rehabbing my low back issues.

Tuesday's leg training was a rather quick one, and I've had to implement some more supersets on Tuesday's given how short my time usually is to get something in prior to opening the gym back up for the evening session and working with clients. I also know that as I slowly increase my load on the squats, this is something that will kind of happen by nature. I suspect that will be a little bit of ways, but the 10x10 is definitely taking some time to get through just by being so many sets. But I will say that I've liked it so far. It's certainly help give me a bit of a better foundation.
