After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

I first off want to apologize to those of you that read my log on the regular. Life has been a crazy whirlwind, which I will get to over the course of my logs. If you follow me on social media, you can probably tell I've got a lot going on, and training and my logs have taken a big hit.
