Lower @ BSG

I've been feeling kind of blah and beat up so things are currently stripped down to bare bones training of upper, lower, events with as much done as I feel like, but that is sadly not much.  I want to do more, but I am exhausted every time I go in the gym.  I'm almost finished with my clinical affiliation so I'm not going to change things up right now, but if I were gonna be here much longer I would have to try switching up my training to the AM to see if I handled that better.
