Mid-Body Cable Rows:

90 x 8

105 x 8 (x3) 

 

Tricep Pressdowns:

Some weight (3x10)

 

Dumbbell Rows:

40 x 15 (x4)

 

Hip Thrusts SS/w Single Leg RDL:

BW x 30 >> 70 lbs. x8 (x3)

 

Arnold Presses:

15s x 12

20s x 10 (x3)
