 I've had to take a lot of time off, so I'm just getting a light session in here with some simple exercises and working in some movements I like doing. Nothing crazy and some simple movements, but it was already a long day and I knew I wanted to get back to some kind of training. I'll be honest that I still have no direct goal with my training than to get in and train. If I can do that and feel like I left feeling better than I entered, it was a successful training session.
