I decided to put on my single ply training shirt today. It helps me maintain the technique, form and work to build strength without overtaxing my nervous system in a multi-ply shirt.
bench - wore Metal M single ply bench shirt
worked up to 405 for 5 sets of 2 reps
chest supported barbell rows
185 for 5 sets of 8 reps
standing military press with angle bar
135 for 5 sets of 15 reps
I was happy with the bench work today. Weight moved well and the bar path was tight and consistent.
