I've been traveling, and slacking. Went back to train with Team BOSS, the strongman crew I've trained with for the past decade. It's always good to get back in with them and regain that motivation and drive.

Log- clean once, press 3 times x3 at 275lbs

After log, I worked up to a clean and jerk single at 315, and then a top single on deadlifts at 545, and dropped back down to 405 for 3x5

Over the past year or two, with all the travel I've done, it was nice to be back with a training crew. It's amazing how motivating and how hard a group can push you. Weights that would normally feel like a million pounds only feels like half a million when I train in that environment. I highly suggest it. Nothing like the smell of chalk and tacky, ear destroying metal and rap, and precision guided insanity at 6:30am on a Saturday.
