Long Pause Turkey Presses

Keeping thse moving in a positive trend even on Thanksgiving. Just glad I have access to a gym and a good crew even when most are bailing for theh olidays.

Good training day today. 5count pauses on Bench with 430 3x3. Closer grip duffalo and leg Press to slowly increase frequency as I'll most likely have a second squat day soon. There's also a Tycho here.
