My elbow is pretty sore but no bruising. At this point I'm not sure if the elbow is causing me concern or my worrying about if I tore it up again are making my elbow more sensitive. Either way I'm going to give it a little more time to see if it improves before calling the doctor.

Today is lower accessory day and here is what I did...

Belt squat to 15.5" box

worked up doing sets of 10 to 3 plates per side

4 plates per side for 5 reps

5 plates per side for 3 sets of 5 reps

 

stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts

70's for 4 sets of 15 reps

 

adductor / abductor machines

150 for 3 sets of 15 each

 

hanging leg raises

4 sets of 15
