I’m currently in off season mode working on bringing up certain qualities and weaknesses I noticed from the IPA Grand Prix Nationals. This training will be laying the ground for my training cycle into the 2016 XPC Finals.

Wednesday evening I opted to travel to the rec/work to get in my extra lower body work. I set up an appointment to get my back adjusted on Thursday, but still wanted to get some extra work in so I opted to pick things that didn't directly load my spine the day before.
This was a super fun session. The weights were nothing crazy, but mainly just acquiring a huge pump and getting a ton of blood into my sore legs from Tuesday. Simple, yet really effective. I might have to consider going to the rec on Wednesdays for these sessions as it makes it super easy to get in the work I want and use some machines I don't usually get access to.
Low back is still feeling much better, but we'll know more on Thursday after the adjustment.
