I'm currently training for the 2019 USPA Nationals in Columbus, Ohio. After dropping a couple weight classes, this meet will be second showing at 198 and real return to raw powerlifting after a couple years wearing gear.

This deload was timed pretty much perfect. At the conference I was just at there were two early morning PT sessions that were both pretty tough. Burpees, pushups, jump squats and the like for time. You don't need much to get in shape, just space and effort! That said, I was pretty beat coming home and ended up skipping a light session from last week. Glad day 1 of this week was an easy one too.

SSB -  335 x 3 x 3

Front Squat - 245 x 2 x 6

Seated GMs - 95 x 2  x 10

Leg Extensions  - 80 x 2 x 10

Goblet Squat - 55 x 2 x 10

TKE - Gray band x 3 x 20

Side Planks - BW x 3 x 15 seconds per side

On another note, we just added another guy to the gym. Good to have a little growth and another person. Most days we have 5 people now, sometimes 6. In a tiny garage gym that's about all I can handle at a time. Maybe with a little more growth we will start looking for a bigger space.
