I’m currently in meet prep for the 2016 APF Equipped Nationals, in Orlando, Florida on May 28th, 2016. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps. The big picture is to prep for this meet, and obtain a top three placing to qualify for WPC Worlds in November.

Wednesday was a nice day outside, so I opted to get this mini session done in the garage. Just a really quick, get to sweating and moving, and get out session. I wish it was super exciting, but it's really not. The KB finisher at the end was just want I needed - some good glute and hamstring work while breathing pretty hard. I felt much, much better after completing this and can tell that I'm doing pretty well with how I feel. I'm definitely wanting to get in and out a bit more, which is a key sign to me I'm peaking pretty well due to the increased fatigue.
