After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

Next to no time to train this specific training day, so I picked two major exercises to hit home, and then some trunk training and was out. It was supposed to be my recovery based day anyways, so it felt alright. We're seeing a ton of growth lately from the middle school population, so I've put my focus on that group of kids on certain days. I figure if I get something in, it's better than nothing.
