I tried to squat to a lower box today, but for some reason my adductor / groin is still messed up and pretty painful. So I raised the box and did what I could for the day.
I go to the doctor on Wednesday to get it checked out and see what may be going on, but will likely have to have an MRI to see if there's a tear or hernia.
