I finally felt well enough today to head back to the gym. I've been under the weather since Sunday with sinus issues, headaches and dizzy spells. I'm not sure what the issue was, but all I wanted to do was sleep. Yesterday I started feeling better and today I was back to normal. However, even though I tried to stay away from the family to avoid sharing my illness it appears Lynsey caught it. She's being a trooper and going to school, but I can tell she'd rather stay home...naturally. The medicine she's taking has helped her a lot more than what I was taking.
