Meana told me I should write more with my log so I'm going to do my best to start doing that.
After taking the last 3 weeks and not loading my back, my SI joint is finally starting to feel better. It's still painful, but it's now a 5/6 rather than 7/8 on a scale to 10. The RDL's and suspended GM's I was trying to do weren't helping the situation, but I felt I needed to do something ME like so those will be rotated out for a little bit now.
Next weekend I won't be training at all since I'll be in D.C. with my family to lay my father-in-law to rest at the Arlington cemetery. It's going to be an emotional weekend.
