So Matthew the hurricane is barreling towards us here in Florida so I figured I get my training done anyway. I hate using the trap bar since it puts me in even more of a shitty pulling position than I'm normally in, but it didn't suck as much as I expected it to. There wasn't a great deal of weight on the bar, but it may be more than I've ever put on it.
The family and I are all as ready for the hurricane as we can be. We loaded up on water, dry goods, canned goods, etc. so hopefully it'll roll on over us quick and not make much of a mess. This will be mine and Kim's 7th hurricane we've been through. We're veterans....
