Step up day has rolled back around and I have a love hate relationship with them. I get great leg development doing them, they help balance me and I feel they help with back strength, shoulder strength and grip strength when I use dumbbells for added resistance.

bodyweight for 2 sets of 10 steps each leg

holding 25 pound dumbbells for 4 sets of 10 steps per leg

 

box jumps  to 30" box

3 sets of 3 jumps

 

good mornings

empty bar for 2 sets of 8 reps

135 for 2 sets of 8 reps

 

inverse curl machine

3 plates of assistance for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

cable crunches

3 sets of 15 reps
