I'm still working to get my weight back on after being sick. It amazes me how a human can lose close to 20 pounds in 33 hours but it takes weeks to get it back on. I feel good overall just still weak.

empty bar for 10 steps per leg
135 for 5 sets of 10 steps per leg
dimel deadlifts
225 for 5 sets of 8 reps
band walks - short monster mini around feet for 20 side steps each direction
3 trips
stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts
70's for 3 sets of 12 reps
hanging leg raises holding 4 pound medicine ball between feet
3 sets of 15 reps
