I'm feeling good following the weekend training and my elbow feels great. I need to work on my balance, hips and back strength to help with my squat. Here is what I decided to do today...

 

Step ups to parallel box - using trap bar and wearing a 20 pound weight vest

45's added to bar - 5 sets of 10 steps per leg

 

inverse curl machine

115 pounds of assistance for 5 sets of 10 reps

 

dimel deadlifts

225 for 5 sets of 5 reps

 

band walks - short red band around feet

3 side walks of 20 steps

 

hanging leg raises

3 sets of 15 reps

 

The step  ups really wore me out and I had a incredible pump from them.
