I've decided I want to add some size to my legs. It seems like a good thing to do and it should carry over to my squat stability....or at least make my gear tighter.
low box squats - 12" box
5 sets of 5 reps with 225
leg press - done unilaterally
empty sled for 5 sets of 20 reps
lying leg curls
90 for 5 sets of 10 reps
GHR
5 sets of 8 reps
dimel deadlifts
2 sets of 20 with 225
