This week marks the end of my block of speed work for pressing without accommodating resistance. I'll add it back in for bench next block and either same for OH or just doing split jerks instead of strict presses.

Pushup/Pullup Burpees+5 cal airbike: burpees pyramidding from 1x to 5x, airbike constant at 5 cal
