Lower II - Speed Tugs

After a day of "rest" (not really rest since it was actually a 12 hour school day with presentations, lectures, shadowing, and skills work,  in a rehab hospital), today's training was much more better than my attempts at benching in a speedy manner.  I hate doing more than 8 reps though.  I always have and I probably always will, but that won't stop me from doing it because I know I need it to suck less be 100%.

Chain Axle DL (2 sets of chains)

12x70

4x160

3x250

2x300

8x1x350 - I used straps for the first time in a while on this today because my biceps was grumbling at me on the first set when I did it without them and my grip strength is one of the few things that I can say is definitely not an issue.

SS Yoke Bar Good Mornings/TKE

2x{10x195/20ea x strong band}

10x205/20ea x strong band

Lateral Stepups/Single Leg Back Extensions/SS Yoke Bar Calf Raises

3x{10ea x BW/10ea x BW/20x285}

Lateral lunges are still improving so I dropped them down to 1 day per week and tried out some lateral stepups.  They were easy, but I couldn't work out how to resolve some right knee funk so I didn't add any weight to them yet.  Might try a lower box next time to see if that helps.  Everything else was solid and getting bett(er).
