*Did pulls from the floor on this day to help base numbers for upcoming weeks. Was considering pulling from the floor for a few weeks but since I have to use straps in the gym I'm at, I may use block pulls or RDLs instead until I'm back at another gym.
B. Deadlifts Down Set: 405x5
C. Bent Over Rows - 3x6
