Day 2 - Overhead Press & Strength Assistance Work Circuit

After the past few months of doing the front squat/push press/chin up/pushup circuit and making some good progress, I'm going to start transitioning this day to start with more strength-specific OHP work, and then use an adjusted circuit for assistance work. It still keeps this day nice and simple/short, but starts working on strict press strength again.

A. Strict Overhead Press - Singles up to 185lbs (left some in the tank - shoulder was feeling a little tweaked the past few days)

B. Circuit (wearing 20-lb weight vest):

1. Strict Overhead Press (145lbs) - 3 reps

2. Chin-Ups - 8 reps

3. Pushups - 10 reps

*repeated for 5 rounds
