Day 1 - Deadlift Focus

A. Rack Pulls (right below knee) up to 435x10

*Rack Pulls are always a tough movement for me when done correctly (hip hinging controlled vs. sliding up the quads like a leg press). I feel confident some time working on reps will benefit pulling.

B1. Bent Over Rows on Pins: 4x6
