Mark was a fantastic presenter and I was floored by how professional, and profound his words were. The biggest takeaway for me, as simple as it is, is that his focus seems to be that happiness, sadness, anger, and contentment are all fleeting states. Ultimately, being proud of who we are and who we surround ourselves with is what defines us as a person, not how we are FEELING at that state of time. As a person who has dealt with depression and anxiety, this was profound to me.
