Now that I've given my body some rest after the APF Summer Bash, I'm running an off season training cycle, where my goal is to build upon my healthy movement, and hopefully hit the platform raw, full power in late 2017 or mid 2018, and rack up another 10x bodyweight total.

Well my training log is massively behind, so I apologize as I begin to knock a lot of these out in one go. I'll be sure to publish them so that they are spread out and over a longer duration, and not all at once (so yes, you'll still need to check back in every day, haha).

Anyways, this Saturday's training pretty much sucked. There was nothing positive about the training session except the fact that Purdue Barbell came down to get some good training in and visit. I had hopes to get up to about 355 for a set of 8-10, and by the time I got to rep 6, my knee had just had enough. I couldn't deal with the pain anymore, and overall my body just felt like crap. I opted to push the Prowler with Adrian and Nic so that I actually did something productive, but let's be real, it wasn't all that crazy. I worked hard, but it's not going to solve my problems. I knew that on Monday I would be calling the physical therapist at ISU.
