After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

 For the next couple weekend I'm going to have some commitments, so my max effort training, and training schedule as a whole is going to see some shifting unfortunately. I had to get this session in on a Monday, but overall it still went well. I got my butt handed to me by the monster bands, and then used a lot of overload on my close grip work as well. Crazy couple of weeks coming up, but I'll still get my training in.
