After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

A good training session and PR on my max effort movement for this particular Saturday. Making good strides on all my heavy work, and have really started to love the training I'm doing right now. It's always a work in progress, but enjoying the process right now is huge for me since it's been about 9 months since I've been on the platform.
