Max Effort Upper: Floor Press and Accessory Work

After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

 This particular Saturday was a great training day with my wide and some friends. I didn't quite hit what I wanted to on floor press, but it was decent. I was hoping to get about 325-330, but it's about 95% of my best, so I can't really complain much at the time. Accessory work felt good, and training has been good so I can't complain much.
