After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

 This particular Monday I was able to train with a good amount of time and was really able to have a good session with some pin presses. This let me train solo and get in some good work and push the pace a little bit. I tried to keep things flowing well and was overall happy with how this session went for me.
