After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

 This particular Saturday at the gym was rather slow, but I had some visitors from out of town come by and train. Some people from the gym also helped me rearrange the gym some since we were expecting to get our Westside Barbell Inverse Curl shipped to the gym on Monday. Overall, a really great training session, and a good time with good people.
