Day 3 - Squat, Incline Dumbbell Bench, & Upper/Lower Accessories

A. Squats (knee sleeves): Sets up to 405x10

B1. Incline Dumbbell Bench - Sets of 15 up to 75 lb dumbbells

B2. GHR - 4x10

C1. Seated Cable Rows - 3x12

C2. Dumbbell Bicep Curls - 3x10 each arm
