Day 3 - Squat, Incline Dumbbell Bench, & Upper/Lower Accessories

A. Squats (knee sleeves): Sets up to 385x5 (down week)

*First day back from traveling for a week, definitely felt all the sitting on the bus. It works out that this is a down week %-wise.

B1. Push-Ups - 4x25

B2. GHR - 4x10

C1. Seated Cable Rows - 3x12

C2. Dumbbell Bicep Curls - 3x10 each arm
