Thursday is again messed some upper body.  Did a few sets of cable press downs and some dumbells curls sitting.  The main focus was a slow and controlled tempo 3/0/3.  All focus was on the muscle being worked and making sure no pain was on my chest/sternum.  It is a weird feeling to have my bone heal.  The rate I am going I can see me being on track or ahead of schedule from the protocol the Dr's have issued.  I would like to do a small meet in oct (would give me 12+ weeks to get ready) then of course the Arnold Classic XPC Powerlifitng meet.  I will have ample time to prep for this meet.  My weight is 298lbs this is lightest I have been in years.  Most of it is water weight as I am still on fluid restriction and have to take a water pill daily called LASIK.
