Decided to push the bench a little today. My elbow has been feeling good and I have no reason to not focus on strength at this point.

barbell bench

worked up doing triples to 225.

added 2 chains for 3 reps

315 plus 2 chains for 3 reps

315 plus 3 chains for 3 reps

315 plus 4 chains for 3 reps

 

dumbbell rows

100 for 4 sets of 10 reps

 

standing military press with angle bar

95 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

I was very very happy with the bench today. No pain and form was good. I didn't have a lot of strength left but my confidence continues to build that I will get to where I want to be.
