Ramping up the training feels good. I haven't followed a program or really pushed things since my injury last year. My confidence and strength are improving each session.

 

Floor press

worked up to 315 doing triples

365 for a double

405 for a single

dropped to 290 for 2 sets of 5 reps

 

standing military press with angle bar

95 for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

reverse hyper

2 sets of 15 with 90 pounds

 

I was happy with the floor press. The 405 was really slow and I had to strain but did not have any pain and my form held.
