After an abysmal showing at APF Equipped Nationals, I'm now in an off season mode of training. Currently, I am in a strength block building up strength and weaknesses to prepare me for a meet prep cycle for WPC World's in November.

Saturday kicked off my deload before beginning to get ready for WPC World's. This day was more about me helping everyone else rather than me really getting anything truly accomplished. I did want to hit some light movements to get some blood flowing and feel some good contractions, but other than that, I really didn't come in with a set plan. It was nice to just take a back seat and focus on helping everyone else for a change. A good little pump, and that was it. I wish deloads could be more exciting, but we know that's not the case.
